When I was required to perform my role, I was always down to earth to the extent possible. It’s time to move ahead in this journey. It’s about the next level.

I am in 2025 and looking ahead. This is called professionalism. I will possibly have my own centre(s) at an appropriate/feasible city or cities (on a need basis) one day. Based on experience and ongoing skill updates, I can always identify talent and train them. There is no shortage of talent across the country, and I can identify and avail services if required. There are learnings from different organisations and numerous studies from across the world. Hence, the endeavour will be to develop slow and steady, value-creating, world-class and state-of-the-art, and formidable long-lasting centres.

‘Perhaps ‘conceptual clarity’ (collocation) is my likely choice for the English word of the year 2025.’ One will know the final choice on January 1st. The work is not yet finished. I will have some time for word(s) of the year in languages other than English as mentioned at the beginning of the year, subject to feasibility.
